Tuesday went on to win 9 awards (US & Internationally) and screened in over 47 festivals around the world. They had another Cannes win at the Mo-Film competition for “Think Tank.”
‘Unfaithful,’ an inspirational short they produced, won at several festivals. They wrote and produced shows for Santa Monica CityTV and have written and produced four short films. They developed, wrote and produced a social commentary web series, Talkback. Through their own resourcefulness, they secured jobs in the writer’s room on Hallmark’s ‘Good Witch,’ and had the opportunity to write on several episodes. The duo wrote a freelance episode of the TV series 'Destination Heaven,' wrote/produced a new short and are currently taking out several of their projects.
Laura has a degree in Social Science and Lisa has a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Between them, they’ve had jobs in banking, law, a talent agency, managed two multi-million-dollar electrical firms and own a business. All of these experiences have seasoned their writing and story-telling. They were #Startwith8Hollywood mentees, Blackmagic Collective's Breakthrough Initiative fellows & Team Leads. They also served as Program Directors for Breakthrough Initiative Level 2.
In their spare time, they love to cook and can always find something to laugh about.
